We want you to be happy with Blockerly. If it's not working for you, we'll refund you.

Short version: 14-day no-questions refund on any purchase. Email hello@intelliface.in from your account email with "Refund" in the subject. We process within 5 business days.

How to request a refund

Email hello@intelliface.in from the email address you used to purchase. Include "Refund" in the subject line. You don't need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve.

We process refunds within 5 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method, which can take an additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

When we refund you, your Pro features deactivate. Your account stays — your blocklist, schedule, and other settings are preserved. You can continue using Blockerly Free, or repurchase Pro later.

Things outside our control

Abuse

We trust our customers. If we notice a pattern of repeated buy-refund-buy behavior on the same account, we reserve the right to deny future refunds or close the account. This is rare and we'll always reach out first.
